Creative Colorful Breads by BonsFocs is a workshop that offers a unique and creative approach to baking artisanal bread. Hosted as part of All Those Experiences, you’ll craft your very own rustic loaves and ciabattas in a variety of colors - yellow, red, green, blue, and black - using natural ingredients that add colour and flavour to each loaf.
BonsFocs is the project of Mónica, a baker and teacher devoted to handmade bread and slow living. Raised in the mountains among vegetable gardens and rural life, she brings that same patience to her baking, using traditional methods and good ingredients. She’ll guide you through the full process of breadmaking, from ingredients and shaping to fermentation and baking.
Practical and creative, you’ll leave the workshop with your own artisan doughs and (hopefully) a better understanding of breadmaking.
