On Carrer de Sant Màrius in the north of Sant Gervasi, you’ll find the fabulous little coffee and cocktail bar, Black&Blonde, resting on an unassuming corner. A safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, this bar offers a fusion of two different spaces: a specialty cafeteria and signature cocktail bar.
They use several methods of making coffee, including the aeropress. They offer a selection of coffees: americano, iced latte and cold brew among others. Most importantly, they use the highest quality coffee beans from sustainable providers.
Looking beyond the classic cocktail list, they offer modern and innovative cocktails. As well as the old-time classics like Margaritas, Martinis, and Daiquiris, you’ll find the Tiki Tiki (rum, passion fruit, pineapple, orgeat syrup and cinnamon) or the Martin Boy (gin, Yuzu liquor, pineapple syrup, limoncello and soda). As well as the drinks, the bar offers toasted sandwiches and salads for those wanting a light bite.
